There are 2-3 lower body sessions per week. 5-6 total sessions per week including upper body training.

Yes. Weighted exercises might have to be adjusted and should be undersupervision of the parents if th. ath ete is under 16 years old. Luckily, this program also includes the WORLD RECORD BODYWEIGHT Jump Program that is perfect for kids ages 8 and up.

Yes. Sets, reps & weight are included. The weight will be sometimes be a percentage of your calculated one rep max (1RM). Other times, it will be a given rep range that you complete at the heaviest weight possible with perfect form. And yes, video demonstrations for every exercise, technique & drill are also included.
